I am an economist and research executive with over a decade of experience in applied economic analysis, public policy, antitrust, and cross-sector leadership across academic, government, and nonprofit settings. I have a strong background in producing actionable research, managing research operations, and communicating complex economic insights to diverse stakeholders. I currently serve as Vice President of Research at the California Workers’ Compensation Institute and previously held the role of Director of Economic Analysis at Mexico’s Federal Antitrust Commission. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Houston.
